Oobleck, a Non-Newtonian Fluid

We've been doing a bunch of chemistry experiments from one of Jonathan's books and I thought Oobleck would fit right in. It's really cool stuff that challenges your notions about everything being either a solid, a liquid, or a gas. We had been reading a story about a little girl who liked to squish mud between her toes and I thought this would be fun to do inside on a rainy day since they couldn't go out in the lightening to squish mud between their toes.
